Strawberry Sorbet
2 cups strawberry
1/4 cup Condensed milk
Mango Sorbet
2 mango, sliced (approx. 2 cups)
1/4 cup Condensed milk
Blueberry Sorbet
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup Condensed milk
Pina colada Sorbet
2 cup Fresh pineapple, diced
1/4 cup cup coconut milk
1/4 cup Condensed milk
Directions
- Strawberry Sorbet
- Lay out the fresh Strawberry over a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the Strawberry until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours.
- Place the frozen Strawberry into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with a Condensed milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.
- Mango Sorbet
- Freeze the mango until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.
- Place the frozen diced mango into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with Condensed milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.
- Blueberry Sorbet
- Freeze the Blueberry until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.
- Place the frozen Blueberry into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with Condensed milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm
- Pina colada Sorbet
- Freeze the Pineapple until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.
- Place the frozen Pineapple into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with Condensed milk and Coconut milk .
- Blend until smooth.
- Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.
Notes
- Use ripe fruit for the best flavor.
